1. What do you do when you’re not making art? (Day job etc...).

I spend time with my grandchildren, animals and write my book.

2. Why do you make art?

It is my gift, express my conscious mind to be heard.

3. What inspires you?

My children, Black Lives Matter, Spiritual Awakening, Aretha Franklin.

4. What/who are your influences?

My children, my friends, Dorothy Height, my Aunt Evelyn, Jacob Lawrence.

5. If you could meet anyone dead or alive who would it be?

Miles Davis, Mary Church Terrell, Rosa Parks, Malcolm X and Martin Luther King.
